On the way down the aisle
Bride Paper meets with both the bride and groom to find out how they met, got engaged and where and when the wedding will take place. Bride Paper discovers who the couple is, how they envision their wedding, their timeframe, the budget, and the printed materials they are looking to produce.
Bride Paper gets back to the couple with a design and print estimate, listing each wedding package component separately so the couple may add or delete services. Once the estimates are approved by the couple, Bride Paper and the couple sign a contract. The contract details what Bride Paper is responsible for (unlimited advice, creating a wedding “identity”, etc.) and lists the payment schedule.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, Bride Paper begins designing! At this time, a timeline which lists all printed materials in the contract and assigns dates and tasks for all parties is provided. Depending on the first deadline, Bride Paper will begin sketches of the identity and allows the couple to choose among many options. Once the identity is approved, Bride Paper designs the first printed piece (could be a save the date or invitation). The bride and groom review and approve each piece before it prints. After each printed piece is completed, they will receive an invoice for the printing. Bride Paper vendors are available to proofread, print and send out invitations at the customers’ request.
Through each phase of the design process, brides and grooms will be updated on a continual basis. If there are questions about the process, walking down the aisle, what color the flower girl’s dress should be – Bride Paper is happy to offer ideas and support to help make her couples’ wedding planning a little less stressful and a lot more fun.
